ENR Ranks John S. Clark Company with Top Contractors in US
Engineering News-Record recently announced that General Contractor, John S. Clark Company, LLC ranked 210th in the United States completing $328 Million in revenue during 2007 throughout the country.
In addition, John S. Clark Company, LLC was ranked as the 5th largest North Carolina based General Contractor. With highway and transportation work excluded, the company moves up a slot as North Carolina’s 4th largest General Contractor.
John S. Clark Company is the largest General Contractor in the Piedmont Triad with four offices in the area. The company climbed up the list by 25 spots this year, more than any other ranked North Carolina company, moving from 235 to 210.
John S. Clark Company, LLC was also listed as the only North Carolina firm to be doing any manufacturing construction. The company recently completed Swedwood, a furniture manufacturing facility in Danville, VA and is currently constructing RTI International Metals in Martinsville, VA. Many of the company’s industrial clients are able to take advantage of John S. Clark’s in-house architecture firm, allowing them to complete the project in a more cost effective and timely manner.
Some of John S. Clark’s current projects are One Park Vista (Winston-Salem, NC), Northern Hospital of Surry County (Mount Airy, NC), Brunswick Community College Athletic & Aquatic Center (Supply, NC) and Primland Resort (Meadows of Dan, VA).
