Livian Jones, Vice President of John S. Clark Company, LLC, has been recognized by the University of North Carolina at Wilmington Cameron School of Business with the Alumni of the Year Award. Livian has a bachelor’s degree from Appalachian State University and an M.B.A. from UNC-Wilmington.
Livian has been in the construction industry since 1989 and is a licensed General Contractor in North Carolina. Livian is an active member of many local community associations including Coastal Carolina Tomorrow, North Carolina Economic Development Association, National Association of Industrial and Office Parks, International Council of Shopping Centers, and the boards of Cape Fear Boy Scouts, UNCW Foundation and Greater Wilmington Chamber of Commerce. Livian also volunteers her time for various fundraising activities with Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity and Cape Fear Community College. She recently received the Karl Davis Leadership Award and is a graduate of Leadership Wilmington.
